We have taken several of our cats there along the years when our regular vet was at a loss for what to do. I wish they could be our "regular" vet as they are much more thorough! They have saved 3 of our cats from the brink of death and were able to prolong their lives. All 3 of them are still living and doing well. One cat we lost to cancer but not before trying everything we could first and exhausting all efforts. I LOVE this place and would trust any of my animals to them! Dr PK is amazing and Hillary is also the best! But honestly, I have not ever had a bad person there. I highly recommend this place.

We brought our dog to the emergency vet for swelling and limping in his hind leg. Despite exhibiting multiple signs of infection after taking his vitals, they incorrectly informed us that they could not prescribe antibiotics because of the medication he was taking. They prescribed anti-inflammatories and pain meds and told us to follow up with our primary vet in a week. He had to be euthanized 2 days later due to his infection spreading rapidly. I will never bring another pet to this clinic. I am incredibly disappointed by the uneducated staff at this clinic, please take your pets elsewhere.

Over all it was okay but felt a bit dishonest and cared more about taking our money and using scare tactics to get it. So be careful bringing your pets here. Brought my girlfriend’s dog there with a pale tongue low energy and can’t stand well. The staff is polite and took her in. We had an appointment with another vet the next day but because she was acting very out of character and had the other symptoms we wanted to bring her in and check her out. This is where the problem began. They insisted on us doing blood work and x ray. We declined at first because like I said we had an appointment the next day. The doctor then told us she would recommend against that or our dog could die over night. Obviously this would worry us as she is the professional. We went to talk a look at our dog and I ask the doctor honestly how is her health over all she said “not good I would not want her to leave” We give in and do the blood work for almost $500. (Almost 350 more than our normal vet). We wait almost 3 hours before I had to go up to them and ask for a timeline. Doctor comes back just to tell us that our dog is actually healthy for her age. (14 years old) You can see how I am a bit baffled by this. A few hours ago you told us it was a huge risk of taking her home and “that she could die.” Now she says just take her home and make sure she stays warm and eats food. I understand that the blood work is what makes the doctor feel more confident in letting us take her home. However you can see how from our perspective you said our dog might die took almost $500 from us and then said she is fine and can go home would look weird. When all our dog needed was to rest and stay warm until her actual appointment. There are a few other things like the doctor trying to put words in our mouth that we did not mention. Like she said our dog’s breathing was great then 2 seconds later warns us about the breathing. (Very weird. We did not mention her breathing at all) Again overall felt a bit dishonest and just wanted me to pay for something I could have done for half the price and used scare tactics to get us to pay which definitely worked. I would say take your pet somewhere else.
