Very compassionate and patient when we had to put our old gal down. The veterinarian and his assistant were amazing with my 14yo son. They explained everything step by step and what to expect along the process. He needed that. We got peaceful closure 100% because of the team there.

Dr. Samantha Higa DVM is a caring and knowledgeable veterinarian who truly prioritizes the best interests of the animals she treats, along with their caregivers and individual situations. I sincerely appreciate her thoughtful, professional, and compassionate advice. I feel we’re forming a trusting partnership to ensure my beloved dog gets the best care and achieves healthy, happy outcomes so she can truly thrive. Additionally, the technician who assisted us during our recent second visit was absolutely wonderful—no pressure, no pushiness, just gentle, attentive care. The second tech listened carefully to my concerns, was gentle with my shy husky girl, and gave her plenty of space. I plan to request this tech whenever I return to see Dr. Higa. My rescue pup and I are very grateful for such outstanding care. Heartfelt thanks!

Dr. Knighton is kind and thorough and really takes the time to educate you, we will miss him in his retirement. We now see Dr. Higa; she is really sweet and caring as well. All staff and techs are wonderful and patient with my over anxious senior chihuahua mix.
