Cat received the latest testing for pancreatitis. Even with all the patients and turnover, the team recognized my cat by name and frequently communicated updates via phone and in person visits. They were incredibly accommodating when my cat was hospitalized, and later provided a long term wellness plan including at home and in office care. Unfortunately the nature of their work and the location make wait times for walk ins or appointments incredibly long. If I had a million dollars, I would expand the facility, hand out bonuses, and hire more staff because they are working miracles with the bare minimum and a smile on their face.

Ear Cropping and posting! I am not happy with the ear posting they did on my Doberman puppy. He had it done twice here. When I took the tape that was completely wrapped way to tight around the puppy’s ear, his skin was raw, patches of hair missing and he has an ear infection. I was so upset when I saw how deep they placed the foam in his ear canal. My poor baby boy. I had to take him to a different animal hospital to help to remove the materials! After what my puppy went through at this animal hospital I am now against ear posting! No dog deserves that. Not only that though, this facility needs help with veterinary doctors on the staff. They seem very short staffed and they are 24/7 animal hospital. I took my puppy in for an emergency we sat there for 1.5 before I decided to leave and monitor him myself and take him somewhere else if need be. Just a heads up! A lot of vets in Vegas just want the $$$$$$ they use our love for our babies to get $$$$$$ do your research! Good vet centennial Hills animal clinic they had me in and out, and they took good care of my boy!!!

Si no quieren perder su mascota no vayan a esta clínica e vivido una pesadilla ,,entro con mi perra Germán shepherd por un cambio de comida un vómito y me le medicaron amoxicilina en altas dosis la cual le dañaron sus riñones k estaban bien sanos causándole un paro a mi perra ,,me la mataron mi perra acaba de fallecer ,,,no tienen empatía por los animales solo te cobran y no tratan de salvarla ,,la única recomendación k te dan es dormirla para no luchar con ella a pesar de pagar bien caro todo ,,,el lugar está muy sucio ,,,en fin acaban de causarme un daño psicológico ya que era mi soporte emocional 😭,,desbastaron mi familia ya que NINA era más k una mascota ,,estoy buscando asesoría legal esto no se va quedar así ,,,ya que por un vómito k tubo la dosificaron de más y me la reventaron ,,,dañándole sus órganos,,k triste la verdad como puede una clínica así estar abierta a pesar de haber tantos perros fallecidos por la negligencia general k ay ,,ya es hora k la cierren

I don't recommend this clinic, we had a very bad experience, very bad treatment, it doesn't have control with what they prescribe to pets, in short, I don't recommend it
