Everyone- pls be advised they will keep your pet boarding deposit if you cancel. They stated you must cancel one week before stay when we called today. Case in point. Our pets have always stayed there for boarding. We have cancelled before and have received our deposit back. We made the reservation back in April. They have utilized our $ for 30 days. We became very sick yesterday so we called to cancel this morning. We were to visit our new great granddaughter in California Friday. Of course you do not plan an illness and definitely do not want to Visit a new baby sick. We were informed our $89 would not be returned due to not giving the proper notice. We spoke to several people they put on the phone from Sun City Animal Hospital. They said this has always been their policy. We were never informed of this. Nor is that mentioned on the boarding paperwork online. We have received our hotel reservation deposit back no problem. It is not like we planned to be sick or would actually know a week in advance. We have been their customers for years. We have noticed the office has become very short and hateful at times. They talk down to you. I think they need some customer service training. Anyway I hope it was worth our $89. Every time we go there it’s $200-300. We will never step foot in that office again!!! I’d rather see my new great granddaughter than argue with them. Enjoy our deposit!!!

Our dog of 16 years is coming to an end. Dr Hamilton and the staff got us in and gave us the options of what we can do. He was very empathetic to our need. Thank you for your assistance at this time of need!
