Do not take your pets here if you care about their health. I’ve been bringing my two cats here for the past two years their entire lives. During that time, I’ve brought one of them in multiple times for wheezing and breathing issues. Every medication they prescribed either did nothing or failed to address the problem. One thing that always bothered me was that the staff would take my cats straight to the back without examining them in front of me. They weren’t even taken out of their carriers in the exam room for basic things like weighing or a physical exam. Just one week ago, I brought both cats in because they were acting unusually. I was told they both had a rare gum disease that supposedly affects only about 10% of cats and would likely require removal of most or all of their teeth. Keep in mind, my cats are not related, yet both were given the same diagnosis. This morning, I woke up to my cat who has never had respiratory issues before coughing, gagging, and struggling to breathe with his mouth open. I immediately took both cats to a different veterinarian for a second opinion. They rushed him back right away, placed him on oxygen, and diagnosed him with a respiratory infection that Buffalo Animal Hospital somehow failed to detect. What makes me question the quality of care even more is that Buffalo recorded my cat as weighing 7 pounds last week, while the new veterinarian weighed him at 11 pounds today. A four-pound difference in one week is impossible. It raises serious concerns about whether my pets were even being properly weighed, let alone thoroughly examined. The new veterinarian was not concerned about the severe dental diagnosis I was given. They found no evidence of the rare gum disease Buffalo claimed both cats had and instead recommended a routine dental cleaning, which is normal for cats their age. Based on my experience, I have very little confidence that my pets were being properly examined or diagnosed. I am incredibly disappointed and relieved that I sought a second opinion before making major medical decisions for my cats.

I wouldn't take a DOG to this place. Staff is rude and money hungry. I will make sure I inform all my fur parents. I was referred by a co-worker unfortunately!!! Office manager was a pill !!

Tony was treated for a teeth cleaning and necessary extractions and was treated very well during the process as well as the care process. We were informed everything we need to know in order to take care of him and he has been doing very well.
