I can’t thank Red Rock Animal Hospital enough for the compassion they showed us during the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make. Saying goodbye to our cat Xica was heartbreaking, but the team made sure she left this world feeling safe, loved, and at peace. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt warm and home-like, not clinical or rushed. Every staff member was gentle, patient, and incredibly supportive — they explained each step, gave us time to say goodbye, and treated Xica with so much dignity. In the middle of grief, their kindness made all the difference. We’re grateful Xica’s final moments were in such caring hands. If you’re looking for a vet team that truly understands the bond you have with your pet, this is it.

I will never go anywhere else. From the front desk team to the doctors, this group is the best of the best. I feel my pet is genuinely cared for and respected when he is at Red Rock Animal Hospital. They always follow-up to check on how he is, they answer my questions thoroughly, and they always find time and space to have tough conversations when needed.
