My 5 stars is really only for 1 person here! And her name is ASH!!! We had an emergency with my dog and she got us in, and hard decisions had to be made! She was absolutely amazing! I could list all the adjectives to describe how awesome she was from the telephone to in person to the final moments! But nothing covers it but she is simply THE BEST! There is not enough people in the world like her! And I want to especially thank her for literally letting me cry on her shoulder! THE.BEST.PERIOD! thank you from Bruisers family!

Northwest Pet Hospital is the BEST pet hospital. We have been taking our dog there for three years and the care and service that our dog receives has been consistently excellent. Not only are the veterinarians extremely knowledgeable and skilled, the vet techs and the front desk staff are terrific as well. The day after each visit, someone from the staff texts me to see how our dog is doing and if we have any questions. When I have a question, someone -- many times the veterinarian -- replies promptly. Our dog has seen Dr. Nauta several times and she is wonderful. She makes our dog feel safe and she relays information to me clearly. It is such a comfort to know that our dog is getting the best care possible. I highly recommend Northwest Pet Hospital.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I appreciated that they could squeeze me in as a new patient on the same day. Their office wasn't packed with people and animals waiting in the lobby, so it was a very stress-free experience. Dr. Goodman saw my baby and was the most friendly and gentle vet I have seen in quite some time. He and his staff had so much patience with my VERY friendly and wiggly pup. I am so glad I found their office and highly recommend them!
