Terrible work ethic. Absolutely terrible. I have been a loyal customer of theirs since I moved to vegas and take all SEVEN of my dogs. Yes seven. From surgeries, haircuts, shots, etc.. that was the place to go. They do not care about their customers, and started charging me random fees that did not pertain to me. Their staff gave me a wrong appointment date, and when it was a “no-show” they charged me the cancellation fee. They also started charging me additional fees when my newest dog got her shots. Even though I spoke with management, he clearly did not care. It’s not about the money, it’s about the lack of work ethic & empathy. Never going back and taking my 7+ dog business elsewhere 😊
