Dr Abe and the rest of the team do an amazing job taking care of my dogs. Updating as of 2026: Dr Colletti has been amazing with my dog Guinness who was diagnosed with Cushing’s disease. Thank you!

Vet care is fine. Front office staff do not seem to like there jobs, but if I constantly had people complaining about long wait times that I had no control over, I would not like my job either. Wait times are ridiculous. We had a scheduled appointment, 35 minute wait to get a room and another 25 minutes for a tech to enter the room. 20 minutes and counting to see an actual vet. We have been at this office 6 years. Fortunately, our dog has been healthy, so not too many visits. I dread the wait every single time we do have to go. I understand emergencies happen. If you are going to except emergencies, have a plan for the other animals. Contact the scheduled patients in advance and give the option to reschedule. This office has no respect or concern for customers time or the anxiety pets go through during the long waits.

Put my dog at risk! My dog swallowed grapes and when I call to see if they take urgent walk-in , she hesitated. However she said to come in and they will have room ready. They put us in a room when we arrived and receptionist told us they were busy so it might be awhile. I’m a bit shocked because I thought grapes is emergency and can be toxic to dog if not treated quickly. We had no other choice but to wait. After 15 min later they took him back. Soon after they came back without giving him treatment. They informed me they used the last of the product this morning and I have to go somewhere else. Now you have put my dog in more danger for your failed Information sooner (when I called and when I arrived) Dont go here because they oblivious dont care for your animals.
