These guys used to be great but I think they had a change in ownership. They no longer accept any appointments you just have to wait, and today I called to try to get a question answered and the girl put me on hold for 12 minutes and never came back online! So I hung up and called back and she again tried to put me on hold so I told her "Screw it I will just find another vet".

My dogs are visiting this hospital for 6 years. And today’s experience was extremely frustrating. I completely understand that hospitals are busy, but being put on hold for 30 minutes just to check in and schedule an appointment is unreasonable. The front desk staff kept placing me on hold repeatedly without any clear communication. If the hospital is understaffed, management should hire more employees instead of leaving patients unable to even complete a basic check-in process. Very disappointing experience.

Worst practice ever. My dog suffered greatly while in the care of these providers. And I kept showing up, paying hundreds of dollars each time. One star for office hours.
