The staff is very kind and attentive. Dr. Galante took her time explaining the needs and health outcome of the check-up. We will continue to take out two cats to this clinic.

After an unsatisfactory visit, one of the managers, Ronnie, was incredibly dedicated to resolving the issue. She was friendly, listened to the issues, and spoke with patience and respect the entirety of the conversation. She was able to get Dr.DeJesus to help resolve the situation, and together they came up with a treatment plan for my precious 14 year old cat. They were able to give me answers and a pathway to treatment! I’m very happy with the outcome of this visit and appreciate their commitment to resolving the issue!

I used to go here because this is where my parents took our dogs before, but I will not come here anymore. I never had problems until now and just from this last visitation I don't trust taking my dog here anymore. The first visitation in a long time was nice and the doctor who's name was Dr. Baker, she was working with me with pricing when my dog had a broken toe. But ever since I brought my dog to this hospital this week he hasn't been the same. Even though his toe was broken (I had wrapped it prior to bring him) before I brought him in he was still energetic and high energy. After I got him back from the vet, he looked depressed and did not want to eat. I was also told that he was very anxious that he kept peeing a lot and they had to change his bandages. But the past times I brought him and picked him up I haven't seen him this depressed. Financially, I appreciate the first doctor because she showed me she truly cares and doesn't want to cash grab a patient. But unfortunately, I had to bring my dog back because he was not eating his food and I could not give his medication without his food. The next doctor I seen, Dr. Cooper, up charged me and added in things that in the end I didnt even need. He told me he wanted to test to see if my dog had pancreatitis. I was so worried for my baby because I have not seen him act like this, but unfortunately you have people who like to take advantage of that. He also told me that he would give me a pill dispenser to help my baby to take his medicine better and that he would have an estimate done for me and I never got the dispenser. He also NEVER told me I had to pay for it until I went to the front desk and they said I had to. Such poor communication. On top of that, he told me he my baby's stomach was hurting. I asked to show me where he was hurting and a lady was showing me, he was NOT hurting at all. She said he's not doing any more. I was checking him at home too and he was perfectly fine! I don't know what they did, but he was perfectly fine before I brought my baby. This was nothing be a cash grab. The first doctor worked with me and I paid less than what I signed for because she actually cared, but now I think of it this last time was up charged so much so that they can get their money back. I didn't believe the reviews that their dog was worse or treated badly when taking them here, but now experiencing it myself, I believe it now. And they are too over priced for what they offer. Never again. I will not recommend.

I made an appointment on Wednesday to be there at 9:20 on Thursday morning for a bath and a brush of a 40 lb 11-year-old dog. We dropped her off at 9:15 and we checked on her several times and they told us that they had several other dogs to bathe and she wasn't ready it is now 2:15 .. 5 hours later, and she still isn't ready. They told me that she was in the dryer. And then I asked how many dogs they had before her on the schedule and they told me 3 and they open at 6:00. There is no way that it took them this long to do my dog. This place has been going downhill for years and I don't think they really care about their clients I don't think they care about the dogs. This is a lack of respect and what she told me on the phone was not the truth and I asked to speak to a manager and she said she's gone for the day. This has been our vet for years but I am collecting my dog even though she might still be wet and I am going to come back tomorrow and get all my records and I will go to another vet and I don't care if it cost me three times as much I want someone that's going to care about me and care about my dog! And this is not that clinic!
