My old dog wouldn’t get out of the car. I just needed someone to push from the rear. Once she is out she is fine. No one helped. I pay $20 a month for ThrivePlus which you are obligated for a year and have not been able to take advayof it. The $5 nail cut is long overdue.

Had 1100 clock appointment. Nobody there but me at 1120 decided to leave as was never called. Definitely has a lack of staff. Won't be going back there

I only wish I could give 10 stars to Cheyenne West Animal Hospital for having Dr Marisa Younanian on staff. When there is something off with your beloved pet's health, you want to have them checked out by someone you know and trust. A veterinarian with years of experience and a calming way with animals. This is why I wanted her to see and diagnose our Rough Collie Riley - who has been in her care since birth. He had developed an unexplained and intermittent limp. Dr Younanian took time to thoroughly check Riley's legs from shoulder to toes to target the exact area of injury, then set a course of treatment and recovery. At all times, she is professional, speaks in language we can understand, and gives us options to make informed choices. Dr Younanian is a credit to her profession and a wonderful vet to seek out.

The reason I came to Cheyenne West Animal Hospital is because Dr. Rokas is part of the veterinary team. I’ve taken all of my dogs to Dr. Rokas since 2020. He’s one of the most competent and skilled veterinarians I have met in my 40 years of having veterinarians take care of my dogs. Millisecond election day this year he truly cares about every animal that he takes care of. Cheri and I are so thankful that we were able to reconnect with Dr. Rokas. Also, his vet tech and the ladies at the front office were very caring and professional. THANK YOU! James Dillon
