They always take great care of my pups, they may not be excited to be there but everybody’s always so sweet and caring with them!

We had a great experience here! We travel full-time in our RV and needed rabies vaccination and our dog's flea, tick & heartworm meds. They were able to squeeze us in without doing a drop off. We arrived early (towing a trailer - plenty of parking) and I checked in 30-40 minutes before our appointment and they said to go ahead and bring our dog in. We waited 2-3 minutes - they immediately took our dog back & did what was needed. Vet brought her back and everything was great! We would definitely use this vet if passing through Las Vegas again. Thank you!

They like to quote you 1 thing and time of appt the price jumps start .My dog needed a Spay procedure , I had to go for a pre visit prior to the spay. I was quoted an estimate of $450 for the spay . I thought that was high but my dog loves it there . Day of the surgery they tried charging me another office visit and then said the spay would be $745 . I walked out that is ridiculous . If they want to overcharge based on your name I get it but that’s just ridiculous . My dog’s breeder told me he has been in business for years and never heard of a price on a spay for that amount . She is scheduled to get spayed with a animal hospital for $250 . Please do your research . I called them like they told me to and try and resolve and they never called me back or answered my email.

Banfield used to be a good animal hospital, but now it feels like lazy staff who seem scared to even handle an 8-lb cat scratching them. The quality has really gone downhill, and it doesn’t feel worth keeping the membership anymore.i’ve been there 03/06 and 03/08 for just check-up but didnt even do their job properly.
