I brought in a severely injured stray dog to this emergency clinic, hoping they would at least provide urgent care or stabilize him. The dog was clearly in critical condition and suffering. I explained that the dog was not mine and that I had found him like that, but I was trying to help save his life. Despite this being an emergency situation, the clinic refused to provide any treatment unless I could pay upfront.they asked 800 dollars just to look at him and make a diagnostic. There was no attempt to stabilize the dog, no alternative solution offered, and no guidance on where to take him for immediate help. The lack of compassion and urgency in a life-threatening situation was extremely disappointing..unfortunatly the dog passed away !!!! I understand that veterinary services have costs, but in an emergency clinic, I expected at least minimal assistance or direction when an animal’s life was at risk. I hope this clinic reconsiders how they handle true emergencies, especially when someone is trying to help an animal in distress.

This place is all bad Vibes. The chick at the front desk is very rude. She is cold, unkind and showed no empathy at all. She is awful. Even though my baby boy needs emergency care I left. I did not feel safe trusting them with my sick puppy.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. they tried to make me pay $2,000 before telling me that my dog had no chance at all. i caught them trying to scam me!! DO NOT GO HERE. They will take your money and let your dog die in pain and make them suffer with no remorse these people have no hearts. beware.

You never want to find yourself needing an emergency pet hospital, but if you do, you’ll be glad they’re there. They’ve helped us twice over the past 10 years and took wonderful care of our Maltese. We’re very thankful for their team.

Dr. Farnsworth has helped us with three pet emergencies over the years and has always been so compassionate and kind. Our most recent visit was for our 10month old kitten who aspirated vomit and needed to be hospitalized for 24hrs. We were able to call for updates and come visit him. There was another vet there at that time who was very friendly and gave us an update on his progress. The staff are polite, professional, and quick to answer the phone or doorbell. The facilities are clean and cozy. Very reassuring that if we have an emergency in the middle of the night, there's a place like this to help us. Thank you Dr. Farnsworth and staff!
